We expected 4,000 lbs of Pinot (Beaujolais clone) (~$3,000). We
got 6,000 lbs. 4,000 lbs of Beaujolais clone and 2,000 lbs of
Jackson clone.
What We Expect:
From the two tons we are going to hold one barrel in stainless steel
and make Champagne. That should yield about 360 bottles or 30
cases (over 4 cases each).
The rest will go into oak and should yield about 800 bottles, or 66
cases (over 9 cases each).
