This is the second batch of our first attempt at making wine. Click on the buttons to the left to look at the chronology of the work we've done so far, and the technical details of what we expect. We were expecting to crush on September 24th, but the grapes weren't ready yet. Neil and Jack drove Jack's 8 ton truck up to get the grapes early the 28th and were back to the winery at 4:45.
