We inoculated the champagne fermenter (#3) with the champagne starter.
We inoculated the Beaujolais clone fermenters (#1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, and
the bucket next to #11) with this starter.
We inoculated the Jackson clone fermenters (#6, 8, 10, 12, bucket next to
#10 & the green recycling bin with this starter.
We had to move some of the contents around since the bucket next to the post
was leaking. We cleaned up another primary fermenter (#12) and transferred
the contents of the leaking bucket and the bucket next to #6 into it.
