This is the first attempt at making wine for many of us. Brian and Bill have done this before. Click on the buttons to the left to look at the chronology of the work we performed. The more technical details, and on the outtakes page, you can see the pictures that we didn't put on the chronology page. On the pages with pictures you can click on the picture and see a much larger image. Suzanne took the action pictures during the crushing operation of the "big day".
