September 28, 2003

We received the Merlot and Syrah at the same time so it was crushed at the same time.  Take a look at the crush on the Merlot page.

August 15, 2004

We leaned & disinfected the mixing tank and then pumped all the Syrah into it: 2002-02, 2002-01, 2002-04, & 2002-06. Cleaned out the emptied barrels and filled them with holding solution.

Preparing for the upcoming bottling we cleaned and oiled the stemmer/crusher and replaced the o-rings in bottler.

September 1, 2004

Bottled 98 3/4 cases from the blending tank.  In attendance were Neil, Jeff, John, Sam , Jack, and Bill. Assisting us were Dimitry ? (from Webex) and David George.
