Since this is a cooperative, we set up wine working sessions to get
organized, clean out the winery, clean and sterilize the equipment, and drink
lots of wine.
The winery
Is that Brian in there? Brian donated the basement of his garage.
Brian at work organizing. You can see the four oak barrels and the four
stainless steel barrels in the background. In the foreground you can see
some of the primary fermentation tanks.
Here you can see the deck outside of the winery. In the background are the
two older "neutral storage" barrels and the press. On the right
is the stemmer/crusher.
